Dear Friend,

This week I travelled across the district to hear directly from you. Your voices are at the heart of everything I do in Congress.

This week, I hosted a roundtable at EvergreenHealth Monroe to talk about proposed cuts to Medicaid. We spoke with patients and providers who would be directly affected by these cuts. These personal stories are a powerful reminder of why we must protect access to quality, affordable health care.

I also visited Lake Stevens High School where I spoke with AP Government students about how Congress works and how young people can make an impact. Their curiosity and energy give me hope for the next generation of leaders.

On Saturday, I hosted a town hall in Lake Stevens to answer questions and hear concerns, especially around the Trump administration’s policies and their impact on our communities.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their stories, ask thoughtful questions, and engage in these important conversations. I’ll keep showing up - and fighting for you - every step of the way.
