The cost of living has spiked across our region, leaving many hardworking Washingtonians with limited access to affordable housing. The expensive Seattle housing market has placed mounting pressure on communities’ further north, as more and more workers get priced out of the market. Homelessness and housing insecurity remain a fact of life in our region, and we have an obligation to address this.
