Dear Friend,
Today, I voted YES to release the Epstein files because the American people deserve full transparency. The House passed the measure by an overwhelming bipartisan margin, and the Senate unanimously agreed to it shortly after. Survivors and families have waited far too long for the truth, and they deserve answers, not delays or excuses.
President Trump and the Department of Justice have gone to extreme lengths to prevent the release of these documents. Speaker Johnson even delayed the swearing-in of Rep. Adelita Grijalva for over 50 days to prevent her from being the final signature on the measure that forced this vote. It took strong public pressure and a bipartisan effort to overcome these delay tactics, and Trump now says he will sign the bill.
I’ll keep pushing until all the files are released. The American people deserve nothing less. Check out my message from right after the House vote below.
