Dear Friend,
Today, I voted no on the Republican funding bill because it puts families’ health care at risk. By letting critical enhanced Affordable Care Act tax credits expire, 80,000 Washingtonians could lose coverage, and millions more could face skyrocketing premiums next year. As folks begin to shop on the exchange for their 2026 health care plans, many are already seeing premiums double or even triple.
Health care should be affordable and accessible for everyone, not a luxury for the few. I’m fighting to protect coverage and lower costs for families across our state.
