Mail Delays in Northwest Washington Are Unacceptable Dear Friend, I continue to receive reports of widespread mail delays or lack of service from communities across Northwest Washington. This is an important issue as Washingtonians regularly rely on the U.S. Postal Service for packages, medications, bills, passports, and other important deliveries.   Last month, I demanded answers from Postmaster General Louis DeJoy regarding these delays and what USPS is doing to improve service, especially as we go into tax season.
