HUGE WIN AT SUPREME COURT FOR FAMILIES

Dear Friend,

Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled that Trump’s sweeping tariffs are illegal. This is a big victory for families, small businesses, & farmers across the country that have faced higher prices from these tariffs.

The president is not a king. These tariffs were always illegal. Congress – not an unchecked president – has the constitutional authority over trade policy, and the court confirmed that.

Yet, President Trump immediately issued new tariffs that will raise prices and damage the economy—without a vote in Congress. Congress needs to get off the sidelines and rein in the president’s harmful trade policies. I’ll keep fighting against this economic chaos and hope my colleagues find the courage to do the same.
