This week, the Supreme Court heard arguments in the case against President Trump’s unprecedented sweeping tariffs that have raised prices on everyday goods we all rely on. These tariffs are a tax on American businesses & families. They are hurting Washington families, farmers, and manufacturers, and driving prices up by $2,300 for the average family this year alone.

It’s my hope that the Supreme Court sees these tariffs for what they are – a power grab by the President. The Constitution gives Congress—not the president—the authority to impose tariffs.
