Thank you for your interest in the U.S. Service Academies. As your 1st District Representative, each year I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of people to four of the five service academies.

Our office will accept applications for a Military Academy Nomination between September 14th, 2026 and November 6th, 2026 at 5:00pm
Once our office begins accepting applications, please fill out the form via the link below and attach one PDF document with the required components below:
- A one-to-two page essay explaining why you want to attend an Academy
- Two letters of recommendation, one of which must be from your high school
- A list of community activities, achievements, and any employment
- Your high school transcript
- SAT and/or ACT scores (Use a copy from College Board of your highest scores)
- A current photo
