Today, Congresswoman Suzan DelBene (WA-01) secured House passage for more than $22.2 million in federal funding legislation for 15 community projects across Washington’s 1st Congressional District. These projects include expansions of health, safety, and educational facilities, road and trail improvements, environmental sustainability initiatives, and utility upgrades.
The 15 community projects spanning the 1st Congressional District include:
- $6.8 million for projects in King County
- $15.3 for projects in Snohomish County
“This funding will help non-profits and local partners move forward with projects to make our communities more affordable, safe, and accessible,” said DelBene. “These federal investments will address important needs and create real, lasting benefits for residents across the region.”

The funding legislation now moves to the Senate and must be signed by President Trump.
