Dear Friend,

With 2019 approaching, I want to wish you and your family Happy Holidays and best wishes for the new year. As we celebrate the holiday season with family and friends, I want to make sure we take a moment and remember everyone in our beautiful region.

For me, I’m honored to represent you in Congress. Every day I think about the work you do to make our community better, and it inspires me to work even harder on your behalf.

I’m thinking about the folks who are still struggling to find a good-paying job, feed their kids, pay for healthcare, or even keep a roof over their heads. And we should all remember our brave men and women serving overseas, who won’t get to spend the holidays in the comfort of their own home surrounded by loved ones.

The holidays are a time for all of us to come together as one community, and one nation. As we approach a new year full of exciting opportunities, let’s remember that there is far more that unites us than divides us.

I wish you all a safe, peaceful and joyous holiday – and I look forward to our work together in 2019!
