Today, Congresswoman Suzan DelBene (WA-01) announced more than $214 million in American Rescue Plan funding available to colleges, universities, and students in Washington’s 1st Congressional District. This funding will help local institutions serve their students safely and address the financial fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The pandemic has taken a toll on students of all ages, and we must ensure that they get the support they need to graduate and succeed,” said DelBene. “These resources provided by the American Rescue Plan will help local colleges and universities prioritize the well-being of their students and deliver world-class education as our communities begin to recover from this pandemic.”
