NOVEMBER 13 - 15, 2021 FLOODING UPDATE:

On January 5, 2022, President Biden approved a Major Disaster Declaration for Washington state and is releasing federal FEMA and SBA assistance to areas affected by November 13 to 15 floods. In WA-01, this federal assistance will be made available to Skagit and Whatcom counties, Lummi Nation, and Nooksack Indian Tribe. Residents and business owners may start applying for assistance by:
